1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the website www.pompe-shurflo.com.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

  • a previous dispute with the customer

  • suspicion of fraud.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order has been validated.


4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.

The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

In the event of a clear pricing error (derisory price or technical mistake), the order may be cancelled.


5. Payment

Payment may be made by:

Orders are shipped after receipt and validation of payment.


6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided when the order is placed.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the seller remains responsible for the product until it has been effectively delivered to the customer.

Upon receiving the parcel, the customer must check its condition and immediately report any damage to the carrier.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection law, consumer customers have a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

  • complete

  • unused

  • in its original packaging

  • in perfect condition for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products that are damaged, incomplete, or used cannot be refunded.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.


8. Legal Guarantees

Products sold benefit from:

  • the guarantee against hidden defects

The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the product to take action.


9. Pump Usage Conditions

The pumps sold on the website are technical equipment that must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The customer agrees to:

  • comply with installation requirements

  • use a proper electrical power supply

  • follow the manufacturer’s operating recommendations.


10. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from, in particular:

  • improper use of the product

  • lack of maintenance

  • installation not compliant with the manufacturer’s instructions

  • operation without water or dry running

  • use with liquids incompatible with the equipment

  • installation without filtration when recommended

  • incorrect or unstable electrical power supply

  • abnormal operating conditions.

The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from:

  • intervention

  • modification

  • disassembly

  • or attempted repair

performed by a person not authorized by the company.

In such cases, diagnostic, repair, or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.


11. Diagnostics and After-Sales Service

Any product returned to the after-sales service will undergo a technical diagnostic.

If the product is found to be functioning normally, or if the failure results from improper use, the following costs may be charged to the customer:

  • diagnostic fees

  • transport costs

  • repair or restoration costs.


12. Equipment Sent to After-Sales Service

Any equipment sent for diagnostic, repair, or expertise and not claimed within 12 months following notification of availability or request for instructions sent to the customer may be considered abandoned.

The company may then dispose of it freely, including destruction or recycling, without any compensation being claimed by the customer.


13. Liability

The company shall not be held liable for:

  • incorrect installation of the product

  • improper use

  • modification of the equipment

  • indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.


14. Personal Data

Information collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing the order.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the right to:

  • request deletion

15. Intellectual Property
