The transport of your package by Soderco
Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after delivery to the carrier. The standard shipping method is CHRONOPOST. If you want a signature discount, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay a shipping fee for each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.
Delivery times
The packages are prepared from Monday to Friday, and are delivered within 48 hours (working days) after receipt.
Certain products are not in stock but the company offers you a simple delay or refund of your order unconditionally if the product is out of stock with us.
We may fall a bit behind in our payment, in which case we will usually notify you. If this was not the case, you can always ask us where we are by email or phone (if we are late prefer email, it is more convenient for us).
Calculation of shipping costs
Shipping costs vary according to orders and are calculated according to the geographical area of destination of the package, the size of the package and its weight.
Returns and After Sales
Any return of material is subject to the prior agreement of our sales department.
In case of return of material and test in our workshops .
Return to the customer will be charged 50€ excl., even for warranty material.
For any malfunction of this during the guarantee pure exchange is simple will be carried out.
Time will be depending on supplier or stock
